Why does Afinora ask for microphone access?
Afinora uses the microphone to detect the pitch of the instrument you are tuning. Microphone audio is processed on your device and is not uploaded or stored.
The tuner is not detecting sound. What can I do?
- Make sure microphone permission is enabled for Afinora.
- Move closer to your instrument.
- Reduce background noise.
- Check that another app is not using the microphone.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Afinora, go to the Pro purchase screen, and tap “Restore purchase”. Make sure you are using the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Is Afinora a subscription?
Afinora Pro is offered as a lifetime purchase. It is not a subscription.
